SWINDLEBACK provides a claim assessment and referral service. We connect individuals who have lost money to investment fraud with SRA-regulated solicitors who may be able to assist with recovering their funds.

2. No Legal Advice

SWINDLEBACK is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Any legal services are provided by independent, SRA-regulated solicitor firms. SWINDLEBACK acts solely as a referral service.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

While we work with experienced solicitors, we cannot guarantee that your claim will be successful or that you will recover any specific amount. Each case is unique and outcomes depend on many factors.

4. Fee Arrangements

Fee arrangements are made directly between you and the solicitor handling your case. Most operate on a "no win, no fee" basis, meaning you only pay if they successfully recover funds for you. The specific terms will be explained by your solicitor before you proceed.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a claim assessment. Providing false information may result in your case being declined.

6. Limitation of Liability

SWINDLEBACK is not liable for the outcome of any legal claim or the actions of any solicitor we refer you to. Our role is limited to assessment and referral services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated date at the top of this page.
